Each pontoon includes 4 permanently attached D rings and a Scotty adjustable mounting system for easy installation and removal. What's more, it is manufactured using rough PVC with a thick external shell for additional durability. 

The 30-inch long x 8" diameter (zipper opening) pontoons are made of heavy PVC-coated outer shell material.
