Lightweight graphite frame and side plates

The frame and side plates are lightweight graphite composite, perfect for fighting against corrosion. Due to its lightweight element, it delivers smooth drag and overall easy fight fighting. Side plates have aluminum braid-ready spools.

Auto-engaging gears

It is equipped with auto-engaging marine-grade bronze alloy main gear and machine-cut brass pinion gear for all-around performance that surpasses its affordable price.

HT-100™ carbon fiber drag washers

The stealthy HT-100™ carbon fiber drag washers guarantee smooth drag performance under heavy loads. You can turn the oversize Star Drag wheel down for more drag and up for less drag. The Rival has 2- shielded stainless steel ball bearings for superior smoothness.

Line Capacity Rings

The line spool features a one-piece black anodized aluminum spool for easy casting. You can repeatedly spool the line as the line capacity ring holds more lines.
